Alison + Sage - Mermaid Inspired Beach Wedding Photography in Fort Fisher, North Carolina

I have had this fascination with the beautiful trees and coast line of Fort Fisher, North Carolina just south of Wilmington, since I first moved to North Carolina. When I planned these beautiful Wedding Portraits with Sage & Alison, I knew this had to be the place. As a Wedding Photographer here in North Carolina, I am obsessed with all the different areas and backgrounds this beautiful state has to offer. From the Mountain and Waterfalls of Asheville to the amazing beaches of the Carolina Coast, NC has so much to offer and it never gets boring - this is why I love traveling and do not charge a travel fee, wherever you may get married in this beautiful state of ours. 

The sunset was amazing and lit up the tree line. Alison and Sage are such a sweet couple and the entire shoot was inspired by Alison's Signature Purple Hair, which has been giving me major mermaid vibes since I first met her - where better to get your Wedding Portraits taken than at the beach? The flowers and even Sage's outfit was fitted towards her hair. We started the Wedding Portraits in the tree line and later moved down to the water. See the Images by the Sea in the second part soon!
