Southern Charm - Military Engagement at the Poe House in Fayetteville, North Carolina Photography

I had to pleasure to capture the beautiful engagement Photographs for Adam and Sydney at the Poe House in Fayetteville, North Carolina this past weekend. They met back in Tennessee and have moved to Fort Bragg, North Carolina for his military career. When they were looking for a Photographer, I was more than happy to capture their love. They are such a sweet, caring and fun couple - I just had a blast with them! And their Story is oh-so-sweet! 
 

"We met at a brewery back home in Murfreesboro, TN. He was one of the regulars so we had talked a few times, and on the day he got commissioned as an officer he had his party at the brewery. I had no idea he was military, but he sure was cute in the uniform. Then we just talked as friends for a little while. Then about the end on June 2014 he asked me to go watch a soccer game with him and his buddy, well I thought he was to scared to ask me on a date so he just said his friend was going to be there in case in case I said no. So I showed up the the "date" turns out his friend was there I was a little embarrassed but we had a great time. Then we pretty much were inseparable, we dated long distance for a year and half, I graduated this past December and finally got to move to fort Bragg to be with him! :)! It was on February 20th at the Sicily drop zone. I was out there to watch Adam do his 65th jump and then when he landed I was there to pin him with his master parachutist badge. So he landed and I pinned on his new badge. We were taking pictures and then I thought we were done taking pictures so i had turned around and he said my name turned around and he was down on one knee asking me to marry him! Of course I said yes!! 

We joke and say the ring is airborne qualified becuase he jumped out of the plane with the run in his pocket! :)"
