Mercedes + Nicole - Wedding at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Asheville, North Carolina

Every Asheville Wedding seems to be an adventure for me, and this one was no exception! Two amazing ladies, Nicole + Mercedes decided to elope at Daniel Ridge Waterfalls in Asheville, North Carolina. Nature is super important to them, so this seemed like the perfect spot for them. They got ready in a cute little air bnb with their friends and family, which is also where they had their first look - and they were stunned by one another. It was so beautiful to see their love so ever present during the day. When we made it to the falls, we lost half the wedding party in the process, so we waited and took the time we had for some beautiful shots in front of the falls - but than it started pouring rain like crazy! We finally called it and decided to have the wedding at their reception at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Biltmore Village in Downtown Asheville, North Carolina - an amazing venue by itself. However, I knew how important the nature aspect was for the brides and so I did what I do best - I improvised. On the way back to our cars I saw a beautiful creek and put the two in it - if they weren't getting married at the waterfall I wanted to at least make sure that we were gonna get some amazing shots surrounded by nature. On our way back, Mercedes held a joined meditation for everyone in the car which was amazing. Finally arrived at the Grand Bohemian Hotel, I obsessed with their table setting! They love crystals, so they incorporated their passion for them in the table scape and it was breath taking - absolutely obsessed and probably one of my favorite table scapes of the year! 

Hours later, Mercedes and Nicole finally said their I do's in front of their friends and family and it was a beautiful ceremony, even if it went a bit different than planned. I am so glad I got to be a part of this adventure and see these two amazing ladies who have grown so deep to my heart finally be a married couple.
